Deb's obsessing, again. Her appointment letter (delivered June 27 for a July 3 interview) says to bring a DS-156-K. Deb sent hers in with packet 3 as she thought she was instructed. Now she thinks she needs another to take with her and she can find her copy. Anyone know where she can download a current copy? All she can find on-line are out-dated copies. All help is greatly appreciated - this has been a 13 month nightmare and we don't want to miss something simple.

Here is the most recent copy available from my embassy (Kiev, Ukraine). I believe they all use the same ones :) Best of luck on the interview!

Hi,

I did the same thing; sent in the form with Packet 3 as instructed to the Montreal consulate. They do not ask for a copy of it in the interview, but they do give you the original back to you, in order for you to sign it in front of them. (in the space that's marked "Do not write under this line". Hope this helps allay some fears.

Good luck at the interview!! I understand the 13 month nightmare...check out my timeline. *LOL*
