HI, i have an interview in August at Phoenix office. I want to know if there is someone who exprienced an interview there.Best luck

2007-11-8 : Married

AOS

2008-3-03 : AOS sent

2008-3-12 : Check cashed

2008-3-14 : Received Receipt Notices of AOS ,EAD and AP

2008-3-17 : Biometrics Appointment notice date

2008-4-03 : Biometrics Appointment ,,,DONE,,,

2008-5-09 : EAD card ordered and AP approval notice

2008-5-13 : AP approval notice sent

2008-5-16 : AP received

2008-5-19 : EAD Approval notice sent

2008-5-21 : EAD received

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

2008-8---- : interview was fine, but was given a RFE, reason: chicken pox shot( although i got the shot when i was little)

2008-10-- : green card

ROC

2010-7-13 : I-751 sent

2010-7-16 : I-751 received

2010-7-20 : I-751 sent back to me. Cause: signatures and filing early.

2010-7-26 : I-751 re-sent

2010-8-09 : First NOA received ( dated 8/2 )

2010-8-12 : Biometrics appointment letter received ( dated 8/6 )

2010-8-19 : Early biometrics

2010-9-08 : Card production ordered

2010-9-15 : Green Card received, with incorrect first name (one letter missing)

2010-9-16 : Sent I-90 with Green Card

2010-9-17 : I-90 delivered

2010-9-24 : Receipt received. Notice date: 9-22

**02-20-08: Package received in Chicago

**02-27-08: NOA's dates

**03-08-08: Biometric's Appointment Letter for 03/20/08 (I-485 + I-765)

**03-12-08: Able to see case status online (not I-485 yet)

**03-13-08: RFE - Request for Initial Evidence issued ( I-485)

**03-17-08: RFE received in mail

**03-20-08: Biometric's Appointment

**03-20-08: I-765 Touched online!!!

**03-24-08: RFE sent to Lees Summit, MO

**03-28-08 I-485 visible online!!!!

**04-03-08: I-485 Touched

**06-18-08: I-765 Touched - CARD ORDERED and should be delivered in 30 days!!!!

I am also form Phoenix and my interview date is on August 20 in Phoenix. On the notice it is saying Initial interview for AOS, is everyone getting like same on his/her interview lettter? Just curious!!

AOS Timeline:

Feb. 15, 2008 - Got married

Feb. 29, 2008 - Apllied SSN with married name

Mar. 11, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 20, 2008 - Received NOAs for AOS, EAD, & AP as notice date on 17th March

Mar. 25, 2008 - Received Bio. Appointment Letter

Apr. 9, 2008 - Bio. Appointment Date

Apr. 2, 2008 - SS Card received

Apr. 9, 2008 - I-485 and I-765 are online

May. 7, 2008 - Email notification of EAD "card production ordered"/approval of Travel Document

May. 12, 2008 - Received AP in mail

"Intial" Interview is on all interview letters. From personal experience I only had one interview.

July 31st 2004 Married

Feb 13th 2006 AOS package sent

Reciept Feb 13th 2006

April 26th 2006 Biometrics

Interviewed May 3rd 2006 Denver Approved pending FBI Namecheck(AO extremly rude)

Long wait begins

August 2006 Inquiry on case....still pending

December 2006 Inquiry on case....still pending

Feb 16th 2007 Missed Grandmother's surprise 85th Birthday party in Australia.

April 2007 Inquiry on case....still pending

July 2007 Inquiry on case....still pending Informed they will not redo my biometrics till my FBI namecheck is back. Original AO retires.

Dec 26th 2007 Notice to appear for Biometrics

Jan 9th 2008 Biometrics

Jan 29th 2008 Missed telephone call from USCIS

Jan 30th 2008(my birthday) Returned phone call from USCIS AO (much nicer then original) personally called to confirm my mailing address an advise I am approved an will recieve 10yr card as I have been married more then 2yrs.

Feb 11th 2008 10yr greencard recieved in the mail with wrong info on card.

Feb 12th 2008 Start planning trip home to Australia

May 3rd 2008 Leave for Australia

May 5th 2008 Touch down in Australia 1st time since Dec 28th 1995 what a relief.

May 5th 2008 Suprise my grandmother with showing up at her door. Tears all around but well worth it.

May 25th 2008 Say Seeya Soon as I hate Goodbye...Come back to the US and start thinking about when We will wanna go home again.
