and another thing that makes me upset is that Cody has spent a couple years working as a paramedic ... saving peoples lives.... and then someone comes along and takes his wifes life ! :(

Tam, I was just watching the news - I know this is going to be a shock to you, but Couty (Cody?) has confessed to killing his wife and told them where the weapon was. He's in jail awaiting bond and the investigation continues as to motive and all.

I'm so sorry..... :(

I just clicked on the link and the story had been updated at 9:58 pm. They have arrested her husband for the murder. That is so sad for all the families.

Why do people do such horrible things....how can anybody harm a woman carrying a baby. I will never be able to understand some things...

I understand completely, my biological mother was shot and killed by my biological father in Aug 1987 in front of me...

I cant imagine how Codys Mom, Dad and 13 brothers and sisters feel and my family is shocked and upset! :crying:

did it show the arrest or just the basic tv 10pm news?

Tamara, I just watched the news. They didn't show the arrest, they just interviewed a few neighbors.

Just the basic news story and a couple of interviews w/ neighbors. I will keep tuned. You might also try: Ch 2 & The Advocate for another news station and the local paper.
