Dear all,

I came to the US under K1 visa and already gotten married on June 7th 2008. I applied for AOS, EAD, and AP on June 18th, then received NOA1 on June 24th.

We will be going on our honeymoon to Paris in mid November this year -5 months to go- (we're quite optimistic we will have had my Advance Parole Letter by then). Now I am on the process of gathering info upon Schengen Visa application (since I will not only travel to France, but also Germany and Netherland).

One of requirements state that we need to bring 'legal proof of stay in the USA (greencard, legal visa,I20,I94)'. For sure my fiancee visa is no longer valid since we already got married. We're a bit worried if we haven't gotten my greencard by then.

Just in case any of you had experienced this, did I94 suffice in ur case (with AP in hand, of course)? I think the sentence was kinda ambigous (When they did not put the word 'or' and just easily separate all those items with comma).

What do you guys think?

Any response will be greatly appreciated! I wrote to the France Consulate in San Francisco yet haven't yet heard their reply for so long.

K-1
