I haven't got a touch since it first appeared online. I am still waiting for mine since December 2007. Aughh... the agony!!

Any updates from the Vermont Service Center, or are they still slow as a snail?

We did get a touch on the 20th of June for our I129f application. Are others seeing touches that filed in April or May?

Marriage : 2007-11-24

I-130 Sent : 2007-12-10

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-02-04

I-129F Sent : 2008-02-08

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-02-11

07/11/2008 - Approved for both I-129F and I-130 (e-mail)!!!!!!!

We got touch recently..just the 129f, no movement on the 130. From what Ive seen they are slinging out the approvals this month! And even some that were filed back in 07 and it took MONTHS to get the NOA1, those were approved within 4 months after it was approved..

Keep our fingers crossed :D I have total faith and optimism that they are working on getting caught up and we will be approved very soon

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

AHHHHH good...And you also started on april like us. To share our experiences can let us more calm and patient....yeah, sometimes no hehehehehehe

ESpecially because you started your 130 in my birthday 22 :P hehe :whistle:

What you think about my philosophy...Look: Last year USCIS (especially VERMONT) delayed so so so much for to run the process, but now I think they will back around 6 months. I observed some timelines of Vermont Center and some lucky spouses started on march has already their approval on june. So I think 2008 won`t be as 2007.

They are slower than a snail ! :angry:

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

I got my NOA1 on April 1at and have had no touches since then. I did speak to Vermont yesterday and got no answers besides hang in there we are doing the best we can

Your timeline says both the I-129F and I-130 were approved. I dont think you're going to see any more touches.
