Okay, my husband received the long awaited Packet 3 for our K3 visa. Now, what do we send with this packet? Do we just sign the form DS 230 that they are asking for and that's it, or do we actually have to send the information they are requesting ie: birth certificate, marriage certificate? Also, they are asking for Affidavit of Support I134, I thought for K3's they asked for I864? I'm very confused at this point. I already had the 864 notarized and ready to go. Do I really have to send copies of 1040's from the last 3 tax years or just last year? Please help!!! I would really appreciate some clarification. Thanks a bunch :)

It usually states what they wish you to return to them and what they request you have on hand for the interview. Also if they are asking for the I-134, that is what you must have. If an affidavit of support is required for K visa it is the I-134. You will need the I-864 for adjustment of status in the US. If they are asking for the last 3 years then that is also what you must submit.

You need to send all th epapers required in the Pakage not only the Ds230 ..and in K3 I think they need I-134 not I-1864...and the tex reurn in the last 3 years and letter from the employer

Birth certificate and police record and with translating all th epapers that are in another langauge other than English "I think"..

they must have sent you in this package all the papers you need to sned them ..so you must send it then..

Good luck and hope you get your interview soon (F)
