Question: I know that whichever visa stamp you get is based upon whether or not you have been married for greater or lesser than 2 years. My question is this...does this mean 2 years from the date of your actual interview, or 2 years at the time your SO get to the POE?

If you've been married two years by the time the visa is issued, it will be IR1. If less than two years at visa issue but more than two years at time of US entry, the result is the same for both visas, a ten year unconditional green card.

My post above is accurate. A careful read will answer your question. I've given the circumstances under which an unconditional green card is awarded. Any other circumstances = conditional green card.
