The interview is the question you about the RELATIONSHIP. Therefore, bring all your letters, printout of emails, photos, cards and any correspondence that shows an ongoing relationship between you and your spouse. Bring as much as you can in regard to this.

Additionally, if you and your spouse have shared financial arrangements, then bring copies of paperwork which shows this.

In our case we took to the interview our photo album (about 150 photos), the letters i had sent him (about 40 letters)

postcards, the first two travel tickets to Havana, calling cards and phone bills (I highlighted his number). You should have everything organized by the dates and use a see-through folder for all the papers because they will not allow him to take any envelope to inside the embassy. Also you guys will be ask for the affidavit of support (form I-134 with copy of the last three taxes, letter of employment and last 6 pay stubs), copy of your fiance's passport pages, the medical exam paper (not the x-ray) which as soon as he gets package 3 he should make an appoinment for, because they might take up to 3 months, police records and a few other forms included in package 3.
