Hi to all VJ's,

I don't know how to say it, never been very good with words, but I wanted to open that that thread for a very special VJ member and a person I now consider as a friend. Sara aka Estadia is going through a very bad time with USCIS at the moment and I just want to open this for everyone that wants to show her support to her :star: She is the star of this site !!!!!!!!

CSC please do something for Sara and Perviz and stop messing them up!!!!!!!!

Amen! This is a wonderful idea. Sara has been such an inspiration to me and so many others. She's gone through so much, but she's still here for anyone who is having a hard time. Even when someone is down after only been waiting a couple of months, she has a kind word of support for them...I don't know how she does it!

Sara - You are in my prayers every day. I hope they give you something soon! Even an RFE, some solid indication of "here's what we want from you" would be better than what they're doing to you. You amaze me every day with how strong you are through this. Just keep the faith as you have been and you'll get through it. Perviz will be here with you and you can go on with your lives together.

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

01/26/05 - Got Married! WooHoo!

02/14/05 - Had Medical Exam

02/22/05 - Filed for AOS in Seattle, in person

03/31/05 - Got EAD!!

04/02/05 - Biometrics and Fingerprinting

05/19/05 - AOS Interview - awaiting decision...

08/24/05 - (conditional) Permanent Resident

09/08/05 - Passport stamped in Seattle

09/19/05 - Recieved actual Greencard! YAY!!!

05/24/07 - 90 days to remove conditions starts!

06/02/07 - Filed I-751, California Service Center

08/09/07 - Biometrics and Fingerprinting

08/28/07 - I-751 Approved & conditions are removed!

09/12/07 - Recieved 10 year Greencard! YEAH!!!

...once again waiting

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.
