Questions in preparing forms and other requirements

Hi Guys, I would like to know if its ok to use a type writer in filling up the DS 157 Form coz thats what i did. I paid my interview fee and recieve a form at the BPI bank with a reciept attached on the back. There's a column in USEM website saying it should be type online and printed it out on a lazer or ink jet printer. I have provided 2 forms and fill them up online before i paid the interview fee. Also I would like to know about the DS-156K application form. Can i write the name of my fiance at the bottom of the form and sign on it now or should it be done at the USEM? It says "Do not write below this line. The Consolar officer will assist u in answering this part". I sometimes get nervous when signing papers during interviews so Im just wondering if its ok.

By the way should i bring my xray film too??? How many photos should I bring???

If it says "DO NOT do this before as it must be done in the presence of a CO" then DO NOT....

It does not say "Do not do this unless you might be nervous then go ahead and sign it".

By the way I also forgot my supervisor and telephone number from my last 2 years of employment. Is it ok to just leave it blank on my Form DS-157?

I think you should remember it..and please don't leave any blank on the form' just write ' N/A or none'.

and at the bottom' Do not write below the line'' it should be fill it up in front of the Consular...

and hand written is the last source...Pls check the guideline of Sheriff .

N/A is not a good reply because it is applicable or they would not ask

If they have a name then "none" isn't the right reply (unless there name was in fact None)

Unkown is better.
