Oh and California is a great place to live....just not right now. 800 wildfires in Northern Cali, we can't see the sky. Basically just inhaling smoke right now.

The wildfires are worrying. Ironically when I first moved out in '04, the problem was flooding. Torrential rain washed mansions off of hillsides.
