Congratulations you passed the interview and have the pink slip!!! For me its better compared to the docs verification. But BEST if none is ask with PINK SLIP.

Nothing to worry on the requested document as long as you can provide it right away. Nobody can tell how long will it takes you can have your visa. The sooner you send the divorce decree the sooner you get your visa. More patience...it will be okey!!!

God bless!!!!!!!!!

It depends on the country from which the divorce decree came. As you can see from these posts it can be a matter of days. My husband had to submit a second decree from Pakistan, they sent it from his consulate in Canada, back to Pakistan, that took seven months to clear. . .it all just depends on the country.

they want more evidences they want

- a letter from employer coe with letterhead

they want same format but "needs a letterhead" with notary

on the same page --- i gave them already but since the notary was made on the second page she decline it.

- rental (apartment) and ownership records

- new i864 fill up with the mailing address and the residence

address.. -- i gave this but since my father 7days works for his boss as a caregiver

- i864a for (my dads new wife)

-they also want us to put a documentation where exactly we

are living. (complete address)

- dad explaning whcich address we are going to live to.

(complete address)

i dunno why the consulate is giving me so much hard time

inspite of giving enough evidences..

AP is a normal, torturous procedure that comes after all criteria has been met. The waiting can take weeks or even months (because the government is slow). Try not to let it get you down. We understand since we have all been through AP too and know how depressed it makes you.
