New Delhi, K-3 applicants, Please help me

Hi All,

May 27, Case forwarded to New delhi from NVC

June 11th AOS/DS3032 fee $70 sent via mail to NVC.

June 23rd IV fee bill generated for I29F

I called the NVC to get my IIN number after hearing that my IV fee bill for my k-3 beneficiary was generated on 06/23/2008 (to pay IV fee bill online).

Questions

1) Operator told me that IV fee Bill can't be paid online for K-3, the beneficiary will have to pay the fee at the consulate in India. Is that true?

2) Should I file I-864 or I-134 ( I have heard varying views here)?

3)My AOS fee $70 is generated for I-864 by the NVC, how long should i wait for NVC to send me I-864?

4) How soon I expect my husband to get packet 3?

5) Should I tell my husband to get his vaccinations form his own physician since I heard that It costs hefty if done through certified immigration docs?

There is no need for any interaction with NVC for a K3 case. You can call them and ask if they've received and forwarded the case to the Consulate. All this I-864 and fees to NVC is for CR1 and IR1 cases.

For K3 don't do anything wait for the interview date if u already paid it will change from k3 to cr1 i think
