I would like to say that I completely understand Jon's reaction.

My love and I we are waiting since 133 days now and each days I feel more depressed.

Please VSC filers, don't judge CSC filers to over reacting sometimes.

We're maybe not in your shoes and don't know your stories... like you're not in our shoes!

And yes like Jon its really hard for me to see VSC filers they sent their petition way after me and they got already their Visas.

Regards

Yoko

I did over-react a little. The OP is obviously new here, and hasn't seen the VSC vs. CSC disparity "discussions". So, I will apologize for being so quick-tempered. I was REALLY in a foul mood when I wrote that. Frustration coupled with daily disappointment can do that to you.

It takes a real strong individual to come back and say that, Jon. I admire and respect that trait.

My heart goes out to all of those that have to wait to be with the one person that brings them true joy and love.

If there was any kind of excuse for CSC sucing the way they do then maybe it would be easier... but years of disparity... when people pay the same price for this 'service' is just inexcusable. I too would be quite infuriated with the CSC at this point... I imagine that for a soldier who served this great country, I might be even more disappointed.

We pride ourselves on having a voice here in the U.S. but because immigration doesn't really effect the masses (yet) there isn't a loud enough voice. As I stated, I mailed my representatives last year regarding this and I hope everyone else has done the same whether you're with VSC or CSC.... wrong is wrong.

The system, the year long security checks, the Consulates in which you're guilty until proven innocent. While I understand all of this was born out of the need to prevent fraud and for security.... and respect that... there is so much that needs to change. The 'good guys' , the ones doing this for all the right reasons, are the ones suffering most.

Best wishes to all of you waiting so long to get on to the next step.
