If she is in Singapore on a resident visa, then can interview at the US Consulate there.

She will still need to get a police cert from PI, as well as Singapore.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Even is she is an overseas worker, it will be much easier for her to come directly from there. Forget about going back to the Philippines unless she needs to go home for legal reasons. The US Consulate is easier on the people that are already out of the country as they already know that in order to get their passport for work is very difficult. She will need all the police clearances for each country she has been in for more than six months and you will still need the standard medical examination. She will also need a passport that will be valid for more (I believe) one year after she arrives in the US.

I brought my fiancee here from Hong Kong in 2005, where she was employed as an overseas worker.

Same here, my papers was processed in USE-HK in 2005 and it took only 4 months (including the filing I-129f). Unlike in the Philippines, the processing is too slow (6-8 mos.) and a lot of extra payments (verification of documents and seminar?).

Tae -- Don't be surprised - people here generally respond very rapidly and most of the time with information that is relevant and to the point. Sometimes too much information, but take your time and read through it all. If you feel that your question is not fully answered, do not hesitate to ask. Also, get in the habit of reading related threads and topics that you will be encountering in bringing your SO to be with you. God Bless and best of luck.

Yeah me also, my wife lived in Macau but she went to the Hong Kong Consoluate. she got her visa from them. My petition was quick, it was so quick it missed the off ramp to Hong Kong that it went to Manila. I had to have it redirected to Hong Kong.

But you should be fine.
