Last Minute Help!!

We are going to send off our package in the next day or so. I am most likely being paranoid, but I would really appreciate it if I could get some opinions on our evidence. We don't own a home together (currently looking to purchase one) but I think there is enough documents showing we live at the same address. As well, I did not include any affidavits, I have read that a lot of people don't. I guess this could be further evidence if we were to get an RFE. I have the GC, husband is US citizen.

Here goes;

Cheque for $545

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

- Copies of passport and green card for me

- Copies of each of our drivers licenses showing common address

- Social Security Statements addressed to each of us

- Partial copies of our 2006 & 2007 joint tax returns

- Titles for our three vehicles including the most recent which we purchased together

- Import papers for the car I brought from Canada

- Statements showing joint savings and chequeing accounts throughout the course of our marriage (automatic deposits for both of our pay cheques into account)

- Application form to remove my provincial residency status as well as letters from both Alberta Health & Wellness and Canada Revenue Agency showing that I am no longer a resident of Alberta

- Registration papers and other documents for our dog who we have raised together

- Correspondence from both our home loan lender and realtor showing our continued search to purchase a home together

- My recent start of a Simple IRA through work showing husband as Primary Beneficiary

- Joint car insurance over the course of our marriage

- Various Bills – Utilities, Credit Cards, etc. addressed to both or either of us over the course of our marriage

- Photos of us together on various vacations throughout the course of our marriage

**Note: The address “Smith St” and “Smith Rd” is the same location. Both forms are used throughout the doucmentation

I am in Texas and am sending the package directly to VSC.
