Gathering evidence of (non) INTENT for AOS interview

I am preparing myself for our AOS interview tomorrow. I came as a tourist without intent to immigrate, etc, and married after 61 days. Soooo, I have two sets of evidence. One to prove a bonafide relationship, and one to prove I was intending to return home.

I want to check and see what you guys think of my "intent" evidence. I know they do not always ask, but I feel in my x=case they are quite likely to.

I have:

A letter from a client stating he was expecting to retain me on an ongoing contract starting March 15th (I am self employed)

All my healthcare statements showing I paid into my gov't healthcare for the last six months (you are not eligible of you are moving/have moved, so there is no point paying into it if you are moving, only if you are going away for a while and want to keep it current)

My property tax statement

Phone and electric bills for my last month in Canada in my name

A tenancy agreement showing I only rented my home out for six months (although I was planning on returning after 3.5 months - 6 is really a minimum term where I lived)

My car insurance, which expired on March 19th, so clearly I was planning on driving back to Canada before then so I could renew it (although they have just changed the rules and you can now do it over the phone - it used to have to be done in person)

My Canadian cell phone bills, straight through for the last six months, showing that I kept m Canadian cell phone number

A printout of my bank account I brought when I crossed the border, to show that I had sufficient funds to support myself for 4 months if needed

A print out of my travel health insurance

My Canadian business has a website - should I consider printing it all out to show that as a significant tie to home?

It all seems a bit shaky to me to be honest. I don't have a return air ticket because I drove here.

Anyone have any brilliant ideas of what else to add?

That should be fine. You'd be surprised that this won't come up at all.

You'll be fine, come back and let us know how it goes. Especially since you're once of us adjusting from a non spousal visa!

I am too working on my "non-intent to stay" evidence, but I guess after all it won't be that hard to prove!
