Interview yesterday New Delhi

Hi,

So she interviewed yesterday and the ruling is being delayed. She apparently needs her passport police certification form. The interview itself went fine but she needs this document. Its separate from her local and state police verification form which she had. She was told she wouldn't need the secondary certificate as she has a passport. Im a little confused as to what her next action will be. Apparently she goes to the Passport office and gets the cert. She then will go to the VFS and turn in the paper along with her passport. Does this make sense to anyone? And does anyone have an Idea what the delay will be?
