Out of nowhere the e-mail from NV arrived. 9 days after my e-mail inquiry I received the answer I had hoped for,

but still felt completely unprepared for. Interview date is August 18. A long time to go, but at least the finish line,

the ominous end of the tunnel is in sight. 17 long, long months of waiting, thanks but no thanks to an inept lawyer,

long at last coming to an end. It's a strange feeling, not as much joy as I had expected. More it feels like lighter

shoulders, much less weight to carry. The wife is researching everything she will need, now it's here time to shine.

I trust she will come thru with flying colors. To all of you who endured reading my posts, to all of you who were

kind enough to reply and offer advice, to the whole family of posters and readers on VJ, my heartfelt thanks. The

time on this board made everything a little bit easier and feeling how everyone else is in the same boat made this

journey in pitch black dark just a tad less frightful. Thanks again and our sincere wishes to all of you still on this

journey. Eventually you all will get there, just as we did. Don't give up hope, the day will come.
