I see... thanks DivyeSiddhi.

I guess our case is still in CSC :( that's why NVC doesn't have our case yet as what the automated voice said when we called up.

Thanks again.

Hello Irene,

Thanks for your message. I guess we don't have any choice for this but just to wait and be more patient but honestly I am really getting impatient for this. Waitng for months to get the NOA2, and now I guess again I need to wait for another month for our case to be forwarded to NVC and then another month again to be forwarded from NVC to USEM Manila....*sigh* Really really frustrating.... they don't know how we badly want to be with our other half as soon as possible.

You're right let's just keep praying for quick response from them. :)

They are not 100% reliable just because they're not updated right away. For me the best way is still to wait and talk to a live operator. I had to wait for 20 minutes a few times and once was really lucky and just waited for 3 minutes and if remember right I called them around 1:30PM (USA time), keep trying to call in different times and maybe you'll be lucky!!!

Hello fellow VJers...

Just thinking though... hhhmmpp

NVC automated system is unreliable - in our instance even today it says that they have no record of our case and today I received a letter from NVC stating that they received the approved petition on the 26th of June.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'm really hoping too that something like what happen to your case would happen to our case too. It sucks when I read somewhere that some cases were being sent to NVC for 70days from the USCIS and cases were placed on bulk mails too.

Again thank you for reply. God bless us all. :)
