I came to the US with a Student visa and got married last august. We filed I-130 back in october and the application went to Vermont Service Center. We found out we needed to apply for AOS and EAD in april, so we filed AOS, EAD and Advance Parole April 22 (MSC). Had Biometrics app May 14. I'm mainly concerned about getting the EAD now. I graduated in may and have a job offer to start july 14. My I-130 is still pending in Vermont. Does anybody know if there's a way to get my EAD processed faster? It just seems like is taking so loooong.... Anyway.. any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Generally, USCIS allows 90 days to process the EAD and AP. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, often it takes a bit less. You may not be able to start by July 14 but possibly the week later. Let your employer know that you are just waiting for your EAD and are expecting it literally any day. Good luck.
