Case Update :

NVC automated Response now saying I-864 received on June 26 and waiting for DS-3032, and I am still waiting for the DS-3032 email confirmation sent on 6-18 to NVC by email and as of today no email form NVC and I sent a second and third email to NVC on 6-25 about DS-3032. I am gonna wait till mon and give them a call and see whats going on with DS 3032.

Will update late when new information arrives

Case update

I got the faxed copy of DS 3032 from India today, and mailed the DS 3032 to NVC by overnight mail on 7-1. Hopefully this time I should get a response from NVC and my casae can move forward now.

The reason i asked this is because i was going to do this in my case, but i when called the NVC to confirm myself.. they told me.. you can fax the copy of DS-3032 and when your spouse gets it.. have them mail to you not fax.. because they want the acutal copy of what they signed..not the faxed copy of what your spouse send.. If you are sending a hard copy of DS-3032.

This is what i was told.. But later, i didn't have to use this option.. so i was happy.. Just confirm with NVC on this matter..

Just sharing my experience with you.. But it is totally upto you.. to take a decision.. I just don't want your precious time to go waste in waiting for the acceptance of DS-3032

I know what you are talking about, one of my friends who is doing the same process, he faxed the copy of DS 3032 to India and got it back by fax and then, gave it to his lawyers to mail it to NVC and it was accepted. So I know I am not going to have problem. my Ds 3032 should arrive at NVC tomorrow and I should know more about it by Monday as Friday is July 4 holiday.
