I am filling out the 325 for my fiancee and ran into a snag. She lived in Japan three years ago for six months but she doesn't recall the address. She knows the city and province but has no way of finding out the address any longer. Does anyone think this will be a problem? I put "unknown street address" in that block and filled out the city and province.

Should I explain on a continuation sheet that she doesn't recall the address? Thanks for the help.

No need for a seperate sheet to explain this. Just as long as there is no gaps in the timeframe all should be ok in that instance.
