Hello,

We finally recieved the letter for our interview in Baltimore. As our adjustment is based on our marriage, am I safe to assume that we only need to take the eveidence of relationship, birth certificate, etc, and not all the other forms that we initially sent, medical reports, affadavits, etc?

ON the letter it does list a bunch of items we have already sent, but underneath it mentions if it is based on marriage it is diferent.

Any help would be great

David

wow, we have already recieved our Biometrics appointments. It is only 2 1/2 weeks away.

It seems to be moving rather quickly.

This is great.

They will have all the other forms and documents you previously submitted in your folder. Bring her birth certificate, your marriage certificate, good evidence of your relationship, and anything else they are asking for. We brought copies of our credit cards with her name and my name tied to the same account number. Had joint bank statements and insurance cards. I never changed to joint accounts for the mortgage or utilities but it was not necessary. Also bring some pictures of you two together. That's about all they looked at during our interview and we were approved on the spot. My wife talked a lot with the interviewer (about dogs and about Moscow) and he seemed to like us. He approved her for a 10 year green card even though we had been married less than a year.

Forgot to say that we only sent in the DS-3025 for vaccination evidence. I asked him about it and he looked at it and said everything was fine as all required vaccinations were done. Before we left I asked about the "name check" and he looked and told us that it had been complete and everything was OK.
