Jackie-
So sorry for your situation, I have dealt with depression most of my life and if you need to talk I am here. Some days I just try to make it hour by hour, you are not alone, just remember that, you are loved.

Say NO to drugs.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Say NO to drugs.

Say yes if it helps an imbalance get rebalanced. Jackie, I'm so sorry you are dealing w/ another crisis. It has indeed been a rough year for you. I'm here if you need me. (F) Much love to you, sista.

Jackie some of us process our emotions physically and having this much trauma going on is sending chemical messages to your brain affecting you physically from statements I have observed you making. Lexipro seemed to work for you and especially during this time with Dawn's Death it would help you with the grieving process again. I don't think it was wise to go off the Lexipro to soon or cold turkey without some sort of back up plan to help you cope not only emptionally, but mentally, and physically as well.

Zaid goes to the babysitter for the very first time today, im a nervous wreck..i feel like i havent packed everything they might need, yet i cant think of anything else, we have 2 change of outfits, socks, a hat for outside, diapers and wipes, a paci (even tho he wont take one) lotion and tylenol, butt paste, a blanket and his boppy....any other suggestions??!?!?

reason zaid goes to the babysiter is cuz hubby FINALLY got a job, and not an odd end, taxi job or gas station, a REAL job, with a PAYCHECK, and all the benefits, insurance profit sharing, etc.the best part is, he is my dads partner, my dad is a chemical engineer so the hubster will assist him, he will work m-f 6am to 330pm..couldnt ask for anything better right? the money isnt all that great, but it is a start! im SOO excited!

I agree with the ladies, Jackie there is no shame in taking antidepressants; I have been on them since my diagnoses with MS. The lesions on my brain have changed my chemistry and the antidepressants have in a way saved my life. So listen to your doctor, and never just quit cold turkey, that can make your system turn complete into major depression. It is like for my diabetes, if I stopped insulin I would die, some of us need medicine in order to live a good life. (F)

Jackie, U know I'm always here for you. Why didn't you call me last night? Don't be on the floor without letting me know. I can't help if u don't let me help.

It is ok to be upset over things and its ok to be on the floor during times like this. You might get down but we'll help pick you back up. U need to take a vacation Jax, come on down to Houston for a week. stay at my crib and when I'm at work, u can play with VP :D:D:D and MBP. U need a change and the time is now.

by the way, never take a day for granted. Do what it takes to make yourself love...yourself coz in the end...u and God are the only ones who matter.

I love ya girl
