Pink, it's a great movie, but LOOOOOOOOONG :) I can only watch it all the way through once in a very great while because it makes me so sad. I studied British/Scottish history in grad school so I know that so much of the movie is based in truth (as far as customs, etc go) but it doesn't make it any easier to bear for me!

ayyyy speaking of Machines... I remember but it was long time ago when I have watched "AI - Artificial Intelligence" it really made me cry so hard!!! He was a Robot who learned to have emotions, it was VERY TOUCHING!!!

yesssssssssss!

I liked that one. I think it has more to do with the fact that my dad loved that movie so when I watched it again after he died the emotions that I brought to it made the movie sadder to me.

Marilyn, that was the hallmark commercial you were saying, ohhhh we don't have that commercial here in the Philippines that's why it's the first time I have seen that, ohhhhh that was really a very touching moment and I am sure all the mothers in this world would be very touched once they've seen it...

dang, I am trying to find the one with the teacher who is retiring and he thinks he had no effect on his students but then one of his students from years ago comes in and hands him a card. :crying:

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

not sure why but every time I see this movie I almost always cry at this scene... and I have seen the movie a million jillion times...

if you haven't seen the movie you might not want to watch the clip... but I just found out that the whole movie is available on youtube ...
