Well, Wariya FINALLY did it right. Maybe the 3rd time sending the Packet 3 papers is the one that will work. She sent it EMS and actually gave me a tracking number. But she said something about not putting the checklist in the packet. The connection was not the best and her family had some problems so she was a little upset about that.

But has anyone had experience with the checklist not going back with the Packet 3 papers and what will happen? Will they just expect to see it when we go in for the interview or ask for it before then?

Checklist (DS-2001, or OF-169) typically tells them that you are ready for interview, many consulates won't proceed without it.
