CSC filed my I-129F as a I-129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER!!

I called CSC and they said it was their mistake.

The nice girl said she would fix the problem.

As I was on the phone I was looking at my application, and noticed

I forgot to put a date in the box for my divorce.

She said she could fix it, and they would send me a letter that this was done.

I asked about my mistake of not putting N/A or NONE in all the empty boxes.

She said that I would probably receive a RFE about this when the case reaches the approval stage.

Anybody else get a RFE for leaving boxes without the N/A or NONE?

Cheers,

Scott

If the empty box is an important determinant for your petition approval you will get an RFE and you will be asked to respond.... If it is not, they may ignore and simply proceed. I remember in the past that some reported RFE's for failing to answer the IMBRA questions completely...

YMMV
