Hi Guys,

I have a letter that i need to send to my service center regarding my interview and don't know where to send it to. When i was on the phone with USCIS i asked them if the address on the envelope that came to me was where i need to send it to and she said yes. It sounded like she was rushing me off the phone so i wanted to ask you guys :

She said i should send it to :

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

National Benefits Center

Post office Box 648005

Lee's Summit Missouri 64002

Would I not send this to the service center where i filed my AOS? i.e. CSC?

Any help is appreciated.

I-485 is sent to Chicago PO Box not CSC, and has been so for longer than a year. Chicago is the Mail Center for National Benefits Center, which is located in Missouri.

If you have an AOS interview scheduled, then you need to deal with NBC, or better yet the field office where the interview will be done. You can schedule an Info Pass appointment, and should be able to reschedule.

Thank you for the suggestion. The lady on the phone said that I would need to send a letter in and did not mention anything regarding infoPASS. Are you pretty sure that i might be able to reschedule via info-pass?

I have read of others who have.

One word of caution, sometimes the field office reschedules, but the original appointment is NOT canceled, and some have had to deal with a "NO-Show" when they don't show up at the center at the original appointment time.
