Hello. I am curious if your husband is not living with you then how can you have him on your lease or bank account? What else can you provide for proof of a bonafide marriage? I share his lastname now as I took his family name after marriage. So, what do I need to do at this point? I am confused must I submit all of this evidence when I file specific documents? Can you please inform me?

You can't really have him on your bank account, but you can try asking your land lord if you can have your husband with your housing lease, you can also have your husband with your insurance policies. Other bonafide proofs can be things like western union money transfering reciepts, phone bills, postal letters along with the stamped envelop, if you are sending him packages or him sending you any gift packages, emails, chat transcripts.

Since you are from Pakistan, I am not sure how banking works in your country, but you can ask your husband to go to his local bank and ask them if he can have you jointly in his bank account. At least it worked for me through Axis bank in India, all I had to do was get my husband's signature on their bank forms.

There are non-financial means of showing the bonafides of your relationship, some of which have already been shared. Here are a couple more:

Affidavits from friends and family members who know both you and your spouse personally and can attest to the bonafides of your marital relationship is another piece of evidence that you can provide to the USCIS. This statement should be signed in front of a notary and notarized. There are additional instructions on the I-130 about what information to include.

Photos of you and your spouse together are also nice. I made a Word document that talked about our relationship, how we met etc and inserted a couple of photographs. I would suggest that including photos of the both of you with your parents or family members is a very nice *bonus* because it says in photos that you are indeed a couple and your families know of your relationship.

you can start whatever services you want in his name.

I have House phone (AT&T) in his name, my cell with my first name and hubby last name, my w2 info, etc.

It can be done. Just be adamant when they request ssn for him. Just say he has not been issued a ssn yet as he JUST arrived here. Even though my husband is no where close to being in the U.S. right now, this worked for me.

Hope this helps.
