several questions about the IR1 route

Hi everyone! First off, I apologize in advance for whatever commonsensical questions I may ask. You see, we didn't expect the I-130 to be approved so soon. We were supposed to go the K3 route but the I-129f is still pending and the I-130 has been approved after 2 1/2 months. From what I've read in the IR1 guide, the NVC will be sending me the documents which includes the forms both my husband I have to fill out as well as the affidavit of support. How will they obtain the address to send the documents to? Secondly, it doesn't make any sense for them to send documents which I have to send back to my husband (ie. affidavit of support). Is there a downloadable form which he can just send to me? Thirdly, I understand that the affidavit of support has to be notarized. Do I notarize it myself or should my husband notarize it in the US? Fourthly, his mom will be a joint sponsor so she herself has to sign a separate affidavit of support, submit her tax returns for at least 3 years and submit her most recent paystubs. Did I leave anything out? Fifthly, I understand that he has to send me a complete replica of the I-130 for the interview. does that include the original copy of the NOA2 and money order? We also sent pictures, but I'm not sure anymore which pictures we sent. Would that make a difference? Lastly, when I call the embassy to set an interview date?

Again, I do apologize in advance if my questions seem rather commonsensical. And thank you so much for taking time to read my post and answer my questions.

First thing you need to do is separate in you mind which visa path you will follow. For the IR(CR)-1 visa, NVC does a substantial amount of the file preparation before submitting to the embassy for interview. NVC will submit documents to your "agent of choice" once that selection has been made. This can be your USC spouse.

Secondly, the affidavit of support is not from you but from your USC spouse or other sponsor. The i-864 does NOT need notarization, but even if it did the notarization is done by the sponsor NOT you.

He does NOT need to send you a complete replica of the petition. He can if you want for familiarization purposes, but the embsassy does not need it.

I am not sure about USEM but if you go the I-130 route then it is likely that NVC makes the appointment time for the interview not you directly to the consulate
