I am the beneficiary, I called today to the Service Center to request information about the case and they say they can't provide any information to me, just only to the petitioner.

Is that right? My name is there in the system why I can't have information about the case. What is going on????? :crying:

I had no problem but maybe they have changed the rules since I was calling them.
