passport error..need your advice..

hi everyone, i badly needed an advice from you.........

i have an error on my passport which is my birthplace, instead of ORIENTAL it was spelled as OREINTAL, i have just noticed this error yesterday at ST. LUKES when im having my medical examinations..the girl there told me that they will just let me have my medical exams on that day but they will hold my records and they will never forward it at the US EMBASSY until i can submit my corrected passport to them..and the problem is, on JULY 11, 2008 will be my interview..what i am going to do now? i only have less than 2weeks to fix this passport..i will go to DFA tomorow and im going to talk to the director there..

and regarding with the DELBROS, i forgot to pay the documents verification fee yet, i will tomorow...is there any posibilities that my visa will get delayed because of my medical records are not forwarded at the embassy yet and for the late payment of the docs. verification fee?

please...please..please..i really need some advice from you...

TIMELINES:

February 27,2008--------NVC recieved the I-130 from USCIS

May 27,2008------------CASE COMPLETE!!

June 23,2008-------------MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT ST. LUKES (PASSED)

July 11,2008-------------INTERVIEW AT MANILA EMBASSY @ 6:30AM...( APPROVED, PINK SLIP ) THANK U LORD...

July 15,2008-------------VISA IN HAND....Thanks God!

July 22,2008-------------My flight to Michigan (Exciting.....)

July 23,2008-------------Arrived in Michigan, POE - Detroit

August 02,2008-------------Recieved my SSN CARD

August 09,2008-------------Recieved my GREEN CARD
