I am hoping that all this transferring and clearing of the old cases will pave way to our approvals sference? I am closely looking out for yours...cuz I know we are in the same 'box'... ;-)

Don't u feel like u should have filed for only I130? I know I do. Our file would have been on its way to CSC and be approved..... Anyways, hope they clear out all the I130s that filed b4 us and start working on ours............. Crossing my fingers....

Hi, is it just me or does what country your beneficiary is also affects how soon one gets approved? Cause some petitions seem to have gone this route, even if the noa1 dates were the same. Is there like a visa limit per month or something? Looks like we all have close noa1 dates. Lets keep our fingers crossed. I have a feeling that now some of the i130's being transferred to csc we k-3 folks at vsc will start seeing some approvals, possibly next week. Lets hope its sooner than later.

I don't think the I-129F and I-130 approvals have anything to do with the processing times at USCIS. It depends mostly on the service center you filed with, and the type of petition. I dont think the country of the beneficiary comes into play until it goes to the consulate.

hi friends , congratulation for all the approvals , plz i have question for u all, does anyone know if they transfert any I130 of people who were filling originly for k3, this move is our only hope for a quick approval since vsc is still sleepping
