hello Jim, my case has dissappeared from your spreadsheet agian. I am ed G and Elena. My I130 NOA1 was April and my I129F was July 7 . thank you for the spreadsheet it is really good information

I handle VSC now. I'll take a look into it.

I guess it was Three months...more like 3 and a half months........... :blush:

Maybe they felt sorry for me and thought I would die before I would be re-united with my wife and boys...... :devil::rofl:

They approved both petitions ,,,so if you would not mind would you put BOTH in the approved slot???

sure will. everyone thats is green had both approved. I'll change it ...

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)
