Hi Vjers,

We called Embassy fisrt for the status of our visa. They said they're waiting for the document verification from NSO. So we called NSO for the status of our document verification but they told us that they are not allowed to give any information just call the embassy. What is this? Any experience like this?

Have faith....that's all we can do!!! Soon soon soon it will be in my hand...

Some can get an information, some cannot. Why dont you asked your fiance to call them? Sometimes they entertained more the Foreigner callers than us (filipino) and give them information you need. This is just what I have heard on some applicants for visas.

I read some threads here previously that NSO personnel do not entertain callers from Philippines, but entertain foreigners (USC) Ask your fiance to try calling NSO and see if they do. Good luck

delbroS website for tracking your passport, is already up and running..i emailed

them yesterday and today..( sql error) , i got frustated thinking i will get

good news today and still no new status (june 10--shipment process in the embassy)

=(..my husband was just lucky to squeeze infos from richard from NSO, and said that

my docs were already sent to usem from processing ( in my understanding, the

results has been turned in to USEM, since the pickup for the results is only done

every friday and personally pick up by the agents of the embassy. Im keeping my fingers crossed.. because lorraine who is not so helpful when i called yesterday morning said, just wait for further instructions, if we lack docs we will

call you..and im also left hanging because she told me last week inspite of me passing my docs (white slip) during the interview with the releasing officer, they cannot have it reviewed by the officer who interviewed me not until the results

of doc verification has been turned in..so if one does not rotate (doc verification)

my other docs will not be reviewed.. **OH GOD, IM GETTING REALLY FRUSTATED**

My bana called NSO yesterday to verify my doc ver. They just kept on forwarding my bana to other number which was really not useful. I don't really undertsand their system. He called USEM they said they're waiting for Doc Ver from NSO when he called NSO they said just call USEM. I know the situation when he called because we're on three way. They're not good at all. God bless to them.

in my understanding, delbros are responsible for forwarding

our NSO documents to NSO once they get a go signal or transmittal

of our records from the consulate of the USEM ( it is also

randomly done, even though we paid ahead of time it is the

consulates call if our names would be on that list),and when the result is ready according

to Lorraine of USEM, they personally pick up the results every

Friday ( list of batches with results)afternoon. and the results

will be forwarded to the corresponding consulate every monday

so according to her best time to call for status would be every

tuesday and friday..according to robbie and lorraine my name

was on batch JUne 2, according to richard of nso, when my

husband called the results has been forwarded already to them.

up to this date..SHIPMENT PROCESS IN EMBASSY 6/10 (DATE OF MY

INTERVIEW ...SAD)..GUESS WE REALLY HAVE TO WAIT,,PATIENCE IS

KILLING ME...

Hi Pauljoy:

My suggestion will be to keep on calling NSO but don't ask them what your docs verification status is as they don't entertain such queries. What I did was, I asked them if they already sent my DR results to USEM which is a subtle way to know your status but is asked in a different manner. If you straightforwardly ask them what your status is, their normal reply would be to call the embassy but if you rephrase your question, the NSO personnel would immediately tell you if your results has already been forwarded to USEM or if it's still in-process with them.

I hope this helps.

well maybe because when the USC ask the NSO about the "status"...for them it means, - " nako! eexplain ko pa ng pag ka haba haba in english, sabihin ko nalang na sa USEM tumawag maigsi lang sabihin in english yun!"

unlike when you ask.."i just want to know if my verified documents are already sent to the USEM, could u tell me the exact date when did NSO send it?"...

so ul notice its just a matter of answering either "YES" or "NO"..and mentioning the dates..

i guess thats one factor!

Well just call the embassy on monday morning and they will tell you yes/no if you or your fiance was included in the previous friday's pickup. I spoke to Grace the last 2 Mondays around 9.30/10.00 am local time and last week she said no we weren't and then this week yes she was included. Why call NSO, they clearly don't want to give any info yet the Embassy has a person in place to answer these calls. Grace is very pleasant and encouraged me to call again to check up on how things are going (although she did accuse me of being Australian...I'm originally from England :D)

i am really feel more frustated because the releasing officer

called this afternoon 4pm and said that the officer

review the docs today but they want more evidences:

they want more evidences they want

- a letter from employer coe with letterhead

they want same format but "needs a letterhead" with notary

on the same page --- i gave them already but since the notary was made on the second page she decline it.

- rental (apartment) and ownership records

- new i864 fill up with the mailing address and the residence

address.. -- i gave this but since my father 7days works for his boss as a caregiver

- i864a for (my dads new wife)

-they also want us to put a documentation where exactly we

are living. (complete address)

- dad explaning whcich address we are going to live to.

(complete address)

i dunno why the consulate is giving me so much hard time

inspite of giving enough evidences..
