and gives us no hope :)

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

thanks everyone. =) we're still banking on the approval of the I29F cus turns out that the I-130 takes longer to process at the nvc. if the I129F gets approved in the a few days, we'll go down two visa paths - immigrant and non-immigrant, whichever brings us together the soonest. we have to send documents back and forth (he'll be sending documents to me and i'll be sending it back to him, and he in turn, will send it to NVC) and it might take around 3 months to process at the NVC. by then, maybe the I129f will have already been approved. i was reading the I-130/IR1 guide and it was very confusing. the guide was thoroughly written but there was too much information to process. ie. i had to research what choice of agent meant and i found out later on that the agent is the US citizen spouse.

I tried calling and didn't get any useful info. She sounded like she was looking up my file but it didn't result in a touch.

Where did he call exactly and what did he say?
