I was going through my copies of all my forms today and discovered that for whatever reason, I forgot to put my birthdate on my I-765 form

Will this be a huge problem or am I being paranoid? The photocopy of my passport page has it on there at least, but I don't know if that helps.

Some peace of mind/advice would be great!

All you can do is wait and see if you get an RFE. Maybe a nice adjudicator will fill it in for you. :)

So long as they don't just turn it down flat, I'll be happy! Here's hoping on the nice adjudicator!

Thank you! :)

They won't turn it down. At the very worst they will send the whole package back saying it's not complete and ask you to resubmit.
