Looking good.

Pictures are still number one. Be sure and caption pictures with dates and places.

I see USCIS information line is still giving misinformation.

Don't forget the cover letter indexing with the ones you think are the most powerful at the top. I'd put pictures and babys BC etc!

IT LOOKS GOOD, TAXES, JOINT ACCOUNTS,JOINT RESIDENCE, BIRHT CERTIFICATE ARE IMPORTANT,IF YOU WANT TO ADD SOEMTHING MAYBE BILLS?TO BOTH OF YOU WITH THE SAME ADDRESS?IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS ADD IT. EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKS VERY WELL TO ME.

Looks very good. I would not put junk mail. Having child, bank and mortgage is enough for anybody to see what is going on. You need cover letter. If you moved, a separate paper with all addresses.

Wow, that's an impressive list.

I also recommend that you have a cover letter describing the items you are providing. You should organize them into the various categories that they are for ease at the USCIS office. Remember, the easier it is for them to find your evidence and confirm it fits the requirements, the faster you can expect approval. Those people are overwhelmed with paperwork in all sorts of shape. Imagine how nice it is for them to find one well organized, labeled or separated into sections with folder separators.

Good luck and don't miss your deadline.

I think that marriage certificate is a must. My lawer asked for it. Otherwise, CIS would have to fish it in old AOS file.

I called the CS again yesterday about what part 5 really means. A lady took almost ten minutes often putting me on hold assuring me that shes consulting to give me the best answer. Afterwhich, she said it means "list all children and give their status,,,not all children who are listed in part 5 are for remove the condition, but the immigration status is what directs the examiner what to do and the A# or "you can skip it". She ended by saying,"giving lots of substantive eveidence is better than RFE's".

I asked about the marriage certificate: she repeated that " give the basic documents that makes it easier for us"

Since I mailed my 1-751 yesterday I hope it will be fine.
