I think you and I have a similar timeline. Our file was complete at the National Visa Center on June 18, 2008. So currently I'm waiting for a letter to take my medical exam and date of my interview. Seems like you're just behind me. I'm guessing my interview will be late September, early October . . .

I wish you all the best at the medical and interview. I haven't been asked for the DS-230 paperwork so who knows how long I will be in this "holding pattern" again.. I'm hoping (fingers crossed) for an xmas present, but I'm learning not to hold my breath..I thought the same thing last year, alas though I was still in Canada when it came and went..

Have a great Wednesday.. Where bouts are you hoping to call home once this is all over with ??

Hilo, Hawaii - yes a vast improvement for an Edmonton winter. I am hoping we're done before the snow flies.

It took about 4 weeks for me to get my request for my DS-230 and once received it was about 4 days before my case was complete. So hopefully soon for you!
