Dudas sobre formato DS 156 y complemento, K1-K2 Juarez, Mexico Consulate

Hola a todos saludos desde México!

En este momento estamos listos para ir a la entrevista, estamos terminando los ultimos detalles de la documentacion, pero tengo algunas dudas, espero que alguien pueda ayudarme.

1.- sobre el formato DS 156 y el complemento del mismo. Para el fianceé que es mi caso, en la pregunta 14 dice National identification Number, que significa? a que numero se refiere? al de la credencial de elector AL CURP??? o a cual???

2.- Sobre el mismo formato, yo tengo un hijo de 12 años al cual menciono en este formato en la pregunta 34. Names and relationships of person traveling with you... Solo debo mencionarlo en esta parte? o es necesario que lleve otro formato exclusivamente para mi hijo????

Tengo otra duda referente al acta de nacimiento, alguien de ustedes ha tramitado la visa K2 para sus hijos, alguien me puede decir si solicitan la CURP del niño? Alguien ha tenido algun problema con el número CRIP de las actas de sus hijos mexicanos?

mi fiance y yo estamos cerca de llegar al final del proceso de visa K1 y realmente queremos tener todo en orden y sin dudas.
