Hi,

I tried calling USEM at PLDT Business Office here in Davao but they told me I should have a postpaid PLDT landline at home

I tried using PLDT touch card, Smart, Globe and Bayantel landline (NDD) to no avail.

My fiance had to buy that PIN and called USEM. Like what others had said, they are nice to USC.
