Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen who just spent the morning in Buffalo with my attorney submitting my I-192 application. My waiver application was well documented and I spent a lot of time making sure the proper documentation was in place. I was fingerprinted, photographed and everything went seemingly well.

I've been currently on a 5 year ban due to misrepresentation in 2004. My 5 year ban is up in October 2009, but I wanted to submit my I-192 to obtain my waiver, and eventually a B-1, to enter to the US to further my own Canadian Inc (setup local office, meet potential clients formally, conferences, etc). This would eventually coincide with an L1 Visa application.

My questions...

Has anybody had any recent experience (stories) submitting an I-192 waiver application?

Do you know what processing center my application will go to when submitting at the Buffalo port?

Do you know what time frame I am looking at for processing? I'm was under the impression over the last few moths additional staff have been hired at USCIS processing centers and processing times have been reduced.

Any information on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your reply.
