Can an appointment be rescheduled?

I have a vacation planned out of the country for July 1-31, 2006.

If the AOS interview is scheduled for July will it be a problem to have it changed?

Has anyone been down this road?

On the notice of interview you received there's a number to call to reschedule if you need to.

Don't do it. Whenever people try to reschedule, the rescheduling never makes it to their file, causing them to miss the interview and be denied.

Quite a few people have been down this road. Search for posts by people whose adjustments were denied for failure to show at interviews that had (they thought) been rescheduled.

Also, if the request to re-schedule is received, sometimes it may take many months for another interview notice to arrive. It's like a reprimand, maybe...
