Buenas Tardes espero se encuentren bien. Envie todos los documentos para someter mi ajuste de status. Hoy 23 de junio de 1982 me llegaron tres cartas:

I-797C, Notice Action con el numero de Recibo MSC-XX-XXX-XXXXX

I-485 application to register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I-797C, Notice Action con el numero de Recibo MSC-XX-XXX-XXXXX

I-765 Application for employment authorization document

I-797C, Notice Action con el numero de Recibo MSC-XX-XXX-XXXXX

I-131 application for Travel Document

tambien aparece una informacion sobre los Biometrics que tengo que hacer despues de estas tres cartas que me llegaron hoy espero una pronta contestacion de ustedes queridos amigos de VJ. Gracias

Esas cartas son los NOA1 de cada formulario que envió. Sólo dicen que recibieron los formularios y que los están procesando. El Biometrics es cuando le toman las huellas dactilares para poder tenerlas en su archivo. Si ya no le llegó la cita para hacerlo, pronto le llegará.

Ya luego le llega el permiso de trabajo y el Advance Parole. Luego le mandan otra carta con fecha de la cita para una entrevista, o puede que le llegue una carta con la aprobación de su residencia permanente sin tener que ir a una cita.

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

No las tiene que enviar. Usted va a la oficina donde le toman las huellas y ellos se encargan de procesarlas. La cita es en una oficina de Inmigración y usted sólo tiene que presentarse.
