Window size at USEM

Greetings to all!

I have read that the consul's window at USEM during the interview is only about 1 inch thick, should I say that's the width? Sorry, am not sure about it. I am trying to figure out what kind of album to make. I have the typical album made of soft cardboard sized 6in x 8in where it can just slip into the window. Can anyone of you who underwent interview please give me an idea or maybe an estimate about the window's length to fit in an unfolded page?

i have heard from others that an album won't fit in the consul's window. they suggested to paste the pics you wanna show to them in a bond paper so that it can be folded to fit in the window. based on their suggestion, i guess the window is so small

Oh I see, thanks Pink. It's bcoz my captions are sticker made, should I stick them on the bond paper can't transfer them to the album anymore.

Ok, will make use of bond papers. Tried to ask, baka sakali pwede, hehe. Feeling malapit na interview .

haha don't worry i can feel na ur noa2 is palapit na just paste them in an oslo paper or bond paper then just write captions na lang on the paper. i have a scrapbook of our pictures din kaya lng i dn't think i'll bring it kc hindi daw yun kasya sa window nila (ako rin pretending may noa2 hahaha ).

Hi there! I've been there and i've seen everything. The glass window is sooooo narrow that you can hardly slip a pocketbook. Its opening is not on a direct position that you can easily slip something under it. Medyo malalim sa gitna yong opening. That whatever you slip under it will have to be bended abit. The hallow looks like a rounded tube cut lengthwise. Hindi ka pwede magpasok ng something na makapal. Its fine if you submit pics as is, anyway, pagkatapos ng preliminary screening the Consular Officer will return the pics to you.

hay naku ang liit talaga ng butas.good thing i brought an album na free lang sa mga photo shop pag nagpadevelop ng pictures. And its true magbebend yung bagay na idadrop mo sa kinulang sa laki na opening n yun. the consul uses an earphone kaya you will hear his voice coming from the speaker. there is also a microphone in front of you. there are several tables behind him. i can see people inside the office behind him passing by. but he is the only one who can hear you. there are two chairs inside the interview room. you are facing each other but separated by a glass window. you have to wait muna outside the door and the bantay will tell you to have a seat and wait until your turn. the door was so mabigat. its so hard to make tulak. kaya naman while waiting for my turn, i can hear the interview of a woman inside. naku lalake! dko sure kung masungit yung consul. i want sana babae. but mabait naman pala! hangkyut at pogi pa!

Sounds like you are going a little overboard with the proof of relationship. Remember the slot is quite small at some embassy's.

I heard from a guy at my back at the USEM during my interview date that the consul asked what's the favorite food of his fiancee. Expect personals. He said "Wala eh walang makitang butas."

Your interview is very close, good luck! LOL, huge? I was told by a friend also really a bond paper size will only fit in the slot.
