Folks -

I was all set to submit my I-485 and other documents, when I saw on VisaJourney that you are supposed to submit all 4 pages of your G-325A in the package. Somehow, I only have a copy of one page of the 325 -- the page signed by my fiancee. (I suspect I never received a copy of the other 3 pages from the law firm that handled my K-1).

Please refresh me: Are all 4 pages of the 325A duplicates of the page containing my fiancee's information and signature? Or does one page have my biographic data?

Time is starting to run short for submitting my I-485. If I am unable to get a copy of all 4 pages of the 325A from the law firm quickly, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can proceed?

Any suggestions/ideas/info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Klaatu

For the K1 you would have had a G-325A for you and another one for your fiancee.

For AOS you will have an updated one for your spouse (or whomever is adjusting status). Some of the information will be different, obviously, because she will be in the US at your address and you will be married.

Just fill in the G325A online and when you print it out you should get 4 copies with different page numbers on each!

Petitioner doesn't need to fill out a G325A for the AOS submission. Only the beneficiary!

Right, just fill it out using the online form, print all pages and have her sign them. Us the single page as an example and make any corrections you see are needed.
