its just that many here like to B!tch and do jacksquat to improve their communities)

So first the powers-that-be change my community in a manner I never approved of or asked for.... and then once they change it for the worse, it's up to me to improve it?

I don't think so.

Outside of voting for someone else - how would you go about "improving" your community anyway?

You could be a Big Brother. That's one way.

IMO it goes a hell of a lot farther than having the 'man' stick it to Troll with the riff-raff of society.

While it may not be in your realm to B!tch an urban onslaught, there are other ways to fight it like using democracy (it can actually work). When politicians face losing reelection trust me, they bend over and backwards for their constituents. But I guess that means citizens need to be interested in actually doing something beyond pulling a "not in my backyard" routine like actually contributing something to improve society. Just a thought.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

I guess there's always Neighborhood Watch - or organising petitions and writing letters to get a stop sign put in at an accident blackspot. Still these are fairly petty things at the end of the day.

Perhaps. Wasn't the lack of parenting one of the major complaints before? We can't be other kids' parents but we sure can at least show them that baggy pants is not the only fashion statement available.

Well, no. I think neighborhood watch can accomplish quite a bit in a neighborhood where safety is on the decline. It probably won't achieve much in a warzone, however.

Fashion is the least of their problems.

If problematic young men and women can behave themselves, I don't care what they wear.

Oh! I missed the allusion to Boo Yah. I just don't have him on the mind this early in the morning :P

See something, say something.

Well I do have baggy pants on now... sort of.

Unless you're the only person who could have possibly seen it, then say something and finger yourself as the fukcer who said it.

I live in an enclosed cul de sac hidden from view of the main street. Now that school is over, the ####### has already started.

Neil is obsessed with baggy pants as well. Maybe Boo-Yah is my husband and I don't know it. Are you my husband Boo-Yah?

Let's just nuke 'em all. Clearly, they are a drain on society and the American dream. They can't take care of themselves, they can't bring up a child for love nor money and they don't care enough about themselves to take resonsibility for their own actions. They don't have a right to live and suck up the resources that us good folks could be using.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .
