Get IIN from NVC & Beneficiary Info

Hello. After I get the Case # from NVC, can I call & get the Invoice Identification Number (IIN) right away or after 1 week? Also, if I pay the bill online, will I see the Beneficiary information on the NVC Bill Payment site just to make sure if the information is correct. Thanks

Naturalization (USCIS)

11/28/11 - N-400 Sent (Lewisville Lockbox)

11/29/11 - USCIS Received N-400

11/30/11 - N-400 NOA (Receipt)

12/02/11 - Check Cashed

12/02/11 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation Email Received

12/21/11 - Biometrics Date Assigned

01/17/12 - Biometrics

01/19/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling Email Received

02/17/12 - Scheduled for interview Email Received

02/21/12 - Interview Appointment Letter Received

03/27/12 - Interview - Approved

03/27/12 - Oath Letter Received

03/28/12 - Placed in the oath scheduling que Email Received

04/13/12 - Oath Ceremony

After receiving your case # the beneficiary should email NVC the choice of agent (DS3032), usually the beneficiary name the US spouse to be the agent.

The INN will be requested by you after you pay the bill online, so after a few days when the payment get into NVC's system you can get the INN from a live operator in order to print the barcode to send with supporting documents (I-864 and DS230). Those payments would be for the AOS and IV fee bills.

Here's a link with instructions to send the choice of agent. Follow the instructions shown on this link and you'll get a reply from NVC that normally takes 5 business days to be received.

Just a note: before sending the email with the choice of agent, make sure that they have already generated your DS 3032. Keep calling them every day to find out. As soon as your hear from them that they have, go ahead sending the email. :thumbs:

actually u will need the IIN to pay the bill online so u need to wait for the bills to be generated on the system before u call to request for the IIN. once the automated machine said ur bill as been generated (affidavit of support bill) so both DS3032 and the bill will be generated at the same time. dont forget to tell ur beneficiary to email in the choice of agent once DS3032 is generated for faster processing. u will see the format on how to write the email on vj
