I have read the guides and forums, but I need help. Thanks

We have progressed to this point without any trouble. I mailed the IV Fee Bill ($400) to NVC on Monday, 6/16/08. I received the I-864 package yesterday (6/22/08), shouldn't have any trouble with this; so far so good.

I am confused  on the DS-230 process.

I am the "agent" for my wife. Since I sent the IV Fee bill via USPS Express on 6/16/08, is it reasonable to expect the DS-230 the week of 7/2/08? Are original documents required to be sent to the NVC with the DS-230? Should I have my wife sent a complete DS-230 to me ASAP?

Does anyone have recent experience with the embassy in La Paz?

Thanks, Keith
